Photo checks

Pick a check: your photo is measured in your browser and never uploaded.

  • Photo check for DV Green Card

The checker measures your photo against the official requirements: file format and size, image dimensions, background, head proportions and eye line. Your photo stays on your device.

  • Photo check for a UK passport

For a UK passport application, upload an uncropped photo: the online service crops it itself. Leave the head, shoulders and a little background in the frame; the check shows what would block the upload.
